MIXTURE 

3 tbsp to 8 oz water

3 oz to 16 oz water

3 cups to 1 gallon water

HOW TO USE 

Weigh yourself.

Drink 16 oz about 15 minutes before warm-up.

During the event, drink as needed.  About 8 oz every 15 to 20 minutes.

After the event, drink enough Performance to compensate for any weight loss.

16 oz of water weighs about a pound.
